No one should not have to choose between heating their home, keeping the lights on, or putting food on the table. That’s why I’ve been proud to fight for increased federal funding for the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP), which helps Connecticut residents afford to heat their homes.
The program is administered by Connecticut’s Department of Social Services in partnership with local Community Action Agencies (CAAs) throughout the state. The map to your local CAA is linked here.
You may also contact your local utility provider for financial assistance and payment plans. For additional questions on the program, please contact my office and a member of my staff will assist.
