HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) - Senators Chris Murphy and Richard Blumenthal will be in Hartford on Monday to hear from people who live in unsafe apartment complexes.

Officials say the senators will also announce a plan that would end section 8 payment contracts with both the Barbour Gardens and Infill Apartments.

Their tour begins at 11:45 a.m. Monday. It will be followed by a community meeting at the Urban Hope Refuge Church.
